O R D E R

The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 450, 506(ii), 109 of IPC Section 4 of Women Harassment Act and Section 3(1) PPDL Act in Crime No.1543 of 2020, seeks anticipatory bail.

The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with six accused persons assaulted the defacto complainant and his house window glass and also his wife on 08.06.2020 at about 10.30 p.m. Hence, the complainant.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submitted that the petitioner is arrayed as A7 and he is noting to do with the other accused persons. He further submitted that there is a false case put up against the petitioner by the respondent. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner is a history sheeter and he involved in so many cases including murder case. Hence, he strongly opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Considering the above facts and circumstances and also previous bad antecedents of the petitioner and the nature of the crime committed by the petitioner, this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
