O R D E R

The prayer in the writ petition is for issuance of a mandamus directing the respondent to consider the claim of the petitioner for promotion to the post of Assistant Reception Officer in commensurate with his seniority, in the Tamil Nadu House, New Delhi, in the light of the representation made by the petitioner dated 03.02.2014 and to grant him all consequential service and monetary benefits on par with his junior.

2.In view of the narrow prayer made by the petitioner, the respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 03.02.2014 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the same to the petitioner.
