ORDER

(Heard through video conferencing) This Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the judgement and decree dated 26.09.2016 passed in RCA.No.25 of 2012 by the Rent Control 1/4

Appellate Authority/Subordinate Judge, Poonamallee by modifying the fair and decree order dated 06.02.2012 passed in RCOP.No.34 of 2009 by the Principal District Munsif cum Rent Controller, Poonamallee.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner/tenant submitted that the tenant has vacated the premises long back and he has handed over the possession to the respondent/landlord. He has also shown his disinterest in this matter and hence, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that with this, the revision petition can be treated as withdrawn.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Connected civil miscellaneous petition is closed.
