ORDER

The writ petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 26.03.2022 and consequently direct the second respondent to increase the age of superannuation of the petitioner from 58 to 60 as per the G.O.(Ms.)No.51 dated 07.05.2020 and G.O.(Ms)No.29 dated 25.02.2021. 2.

Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the matter has become infructuous and nothing survive in this petition. He also made an endorsement in the Court bundle to that effect.

Considering the submissions and endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
