ORDER

[Order of the court was made by Justice M.M.SUNDRESH] Alleging that the order of the learned VII Additional Judge, Family Court, Chennai, dated 26.02.2018 in I.A.No.3042 of 2017 has not been complied with, the petitioner has come for with this contempt petition.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that as the interim order passed created a congenial atmosphere resolving all the dispute between them, the parties are living together. He has also filed a memo to that effect.
