Respondent PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 439(1) (b) of Code of Criminal Procedure, to modify the conditional order dated 22.06.2015 in Crl. M.P.No.4573 of 2018 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Alandur directing the petitioner to appear before the respondent police daily twice at 10.30 a.m. and 5.p.m. for a period of 30 days.

O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward seeking modification of the order of the Judicial Magistrate, Alandur, Chennai dated 11.08.2018.

2. The petitioner was granted bail by the Judicial Magistrate, Alandur, Chennai in Crl.M.P.No.4573 of 2018 on 11.08.2018 for the offences under section 406 and 420 of IPC in Crime No.561 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is a college student and hence, he prays for modification of the the condition.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition for the past 21 days.

5. Considering the nature of the offence and the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.4573 of 2018, dated 11.08.2018 that the petitioner shall report before the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent police daily twice at 10.30 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. for a period of 30 days by the Judicial Magistrate, Alandur is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Saturday and Sunday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders."
