2. The grievance of the petitioner is that, he has owned larger extent of lands, earlier, a joint patta was granted in favour of his co-owners. Subsequently, by virtue of civil court decree, the petitioner is entitled for a separate patta. Hence, he has submitted a representation dated 17.03.2021, for issuance of separate patta in his name. So far, his representation was not considered and no order has been passed. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner.
3. Considering the limited prayer sought in the present Writ Petition, without going into the merits of the case, the 2nd respondent Tahsildar is directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner and pass suitable orders on merits in accordance with law after giving opportunity to the petitioner as well as other interested persons if any, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
