ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.77 of 2024 pending on the file of the Inspector of Police, B6, Mappedu Police Station, Mappedu, Thiruvallur District.

2. The case of the prosecution is that one Chinna Muniyandi who is working as an Assistant Manager in M/s.Acquitas Engineering Pvt. Ltd., had given a complaint against the petitioner on the sole ground that the petitioner assaulted and threatened the de facto complainant with dire consequences, due to which the de facto complainant was admitted in the Hospital, for which he has given an oral complaint on 25.02.2024 before the respondent police.

3. It is represented by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent that, on the complaint given by the second respondent, investigation was conducted and Charge Sheet was filed through E.Filing on 18.04.2024.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent, no further orders is required to be passed in this petition.
