This application has been filed seeking visitation rights to the petitioner to visit his children viz., Son A.Aksharanth and Daughter A.Akshavika every second and fourth Saturdays and Sundays on every month.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the visitation arrangement that has been already granted is continuing without any hurdles.

3. In such case, the earlier arrangement that has been made with regard to the visitation shall continue until further orders or the disposal of the main petition, whichever is earlier.
