O R D E R

The present petition filed by the history sheeter who is having 53 cases alleging that his family members are harassed by the police, seeking direction that the police should not harass him in the name of enquiry.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that however the oral representation made by the counsel is not in tune with the averments made in the petition. As far as the petitioner, it is alleged that the petitioner who intends to participate in the election process been illegally prevented by his enemies in collusion with the third respondent. Anticipating that the police may initiate proceedings under Section 110 of Cr.P.C, he has given a representation on 10.03.2023 and approached this Court alleging that the police should not harass him.

3. This Court finds that this petition is totally misconceived and filed with a malafide intention to tarnish the image of the police. The ulterior motive of filing this petition is unknown. However, the submissions and the nature of the representation made clearly show that 2/4

the petitioner herein is trying to get some order from this Court for a protection for his illegal activities. This Court cannot be privy to such an ill design. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Vv 03.04.2024 To
