This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register the petitioner's complaint dated 17.06.2015 and file the final report within the stipulated time.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. On a reading of the complaint, it is seen that the counter petitioner has borrowed money from the petitioner and that he is not returning the amount. The allegation appears to be civil in nature and hence, no positive direction can be given. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In view of the above, this petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies in the manner known to law.
