This Writ Petition has been filed for directing the respondents 2 to 4 to prevent any organisation or association from conducting meetings in 2/5

any stretch of Rukmani Lakshmipathy Salai (Marshalls Road), especially in front of the petitioners' company/residential apartment, at any point of time.

2. Heard the learned counsel for both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. Considering the limited relief sought for in the petition, without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the fourth respondent is directed to consider the representation dated 10.01.2023 made by the first petitioner, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
