ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 praying to register the complaint dated 3.10.2009 alleged to have been given by the petitioner to the respondent.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has contended that some materials are available so as to register the complaint against the proposed accused, but the respondent has willfully failed to register the same. Under the said circumstances, the present petition has been filed.

3. The learned Special Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent has contended that if any cognizable offence is made out, necessary direction can be given to the respondent to register the complaint dated 3.10.2009.

4. Considering the contentions put forth by either side, this Court is of the view to give the following direction: https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

"In fine, the respondent is directed to register the complaint dated 3.10.2009, if cognizable offence is made out"

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
