ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 392 and 397 of IPC in Crime No.148 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused person came in a bike and snatched 3 sovereigns of gold chain from the defacto complainant. Hence, the complaint. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner did not commit any offence as alleged by the prosecution. He has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submitted that the co-accused has been released on bail. Hence, he sought for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 4.The learned Government Advocate submitted that the stolen chain has been recovered. He further submitted that the petitioner is a habitual offender and has involved in three previous cases similar in nature.

5.In view of the submission of the learned Government Advocate that the petitioner is a habitual offender, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
