call for the records relating to the impugned proceedings dated 19.03.2023 passed by the 5th respondent and quash the same and directing the respondents to remove the petitioner's name from the rowdy list and close the history sheet on the file of the 5th respondent in HS No. 9 of 2022.

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the rejection of the petitioner's request to remove his name from the history sheet.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is at liberty to submit a fresh representation before the fourth respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such representation, the fourth respondent is directed to consider the same afresh and pass appropriate

orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four week thereafter.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
