[Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J] Petitioner has filed the present petition seeking a direction to respondents 1 and 2 to produce his daughter, the detenue V.Vigneshwari, aged 21, before this Court and set her at liberty.

3. Second respondent has secured the detenue, daughter of petitioner, from SIPCOT at Hosur. On enquiry, detenue informs of a relationship with third respondent, that they intend to marry and now they have the blessings of parents on either side. Petitioner affirms such position.
In the circumstances, the Habeas Corpus Petition shall stand closed.
