When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that Writ Appeal in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ W.A.No.2638 of 2018 was preferred against the order of the learned Single Judge in W.P.No.30586 of 2013 and vide
judgment dated 07.06.2019, the Division Bench allowed the Writ Appeal, thereby setting aside the order passed by the learned Single Judge. Learned counsel also produced a copy of the said judgment before this Court.
2. In view of the above, contempt proceedings will not lie against the order of the learned Single Judge and hence, the present Contempt Petition is closed.
