Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents 2 and 3 from in any manner erecting or installing, transformer and Electricity transmission line, adjacent to the petitioner's building situated in Survey Nos.6/2, New Sub Division No.6/2D, Plot No.17 in Sivathapuram, Salem District. ORDER
This writ petition has been filed to forbear the respondents 2 and 3 from in any manner erecting or installing, transformer and Electricity transmission line, adjacent to the petitioner's building situated in Survey Nos.6/2, New Sub Division No.6/2D, Plot No.17 in Sivathapuram, Salem District.

When the matter is taken up hearing, the learned counsel for the respondents 2 to 4 on instructions, submitted that subsequent to filing of this writ petition, the proposal of erection of High Tension Transformer in the said place has been dropped and the same has been communicated to the petitioner. A copy of the letter issued by the 5th respondent, dated 26.04.2023 in the above regard has been given to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. The submission so made by the learned counsel for the respondents 2 to 4 has been conceded by the learned counsel for the petitioner and fairly submitted that nothing survives for further adjudication.
4. Recording the same, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. 26.04.2023 Index: Yes/ No Speaking order / Non speaking order vsi2 3/4
