Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to approve the promotion/appointment of the said J.DANIEL as Office Assistant with salary and other benefits from 5.12.2006.

ORDER

Today, the learned Special Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents, placing on record a copy of the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.0017/M1/2017 dated 16.2.2018, that the order, approving the appointment of J.Daniel of the petitioner-school https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

in the post of Office Assistant, has been duly complied with. The learned Special Government Pleader also submitted that the said J.Daniel of the petitioner-school was granted with regular monthly salary. Recording the said submissions of the learned Special Government Pleader and also placing on record the abovesaid proceedings dated 16.2.2018, the writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
