This application has been filed by the applicant / plaintiff, seeking permission to receive the extract from the Town Survey Land Register (Compute Patta) as an additional document.

2. The learned counsel for the applicant/plaintiff submitted that updated patta was available only recently and hence it could not been filed along with the plaint.

3. Notice has been served to the respondents through substituted service and the proof of service has also been filed and recorded.

4. In view of the above stated reasons and in the interest of justice, this application is allowed. The applicant is permitted to produce the document, subject to proof and relevancy.
