COMMON ORDER These Criminal Original Petitions have been filed to direct the 3rd respondent to execute the arrest warrant issued in the MP No. 3 of 2022 , MP No. 133 of 2021 and MP No. 992 of 2018 in MC No. 266 of 2013 on the file of the Learned VI additional family Court, Chennai, against the 4th respondent herein.

2. When the matters are taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petitions. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the court record.
