O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this petition to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.34018 of 2019 by the order dated 03.02.2020 by this Court i.e., "to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders."

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has already granted anticipatory bail, by order dated 03.02.2020 and imposed the condition that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders. He further submitted that the petitioner had complied the conditions regularly from 29.02.2019 to 29.03.2020 but due to Covid-19 the petitioner is inconvenient to appear before the respondent police. Hence, he seeks to relax the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. The other conditions imposed by this Court shall remain unaltered.
