Captioned writ miscellaneous petition (hereinafter 'WMP' for the sake of brevity) has been taken out with an implead prayer pursuant to order dated 13.03.2024 made by another Hon'ble Division Bench. 2.

One respondent, viz., Umarani, sought to be impleaded in the main writ petition, has been served and has entered appearance through Mr. T. Harish Chowdhary representing M/s. T.M. Naidu & Co. (Law Firm). 3.

To be noted, another individual sought to be impleaded, viz., V. Shanmugasundaram (R4 in captioned WMP), is spouse of Umarani. Mr.T.Harish Chowdhary, learned counsel for R3 confirms that V.Shanmugasundaram (Umarani's spouse) is no more. 4.

All the parties before this Court concede that Umarani is certainly a proper party, if not a necessary party. On this point, captioned WMP is ordered as prayed for as regards Umarani.
