This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent police to register a case on the complaint of the petitioner dated 20.04.2020.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the complainant, enquiry has been conducted and the same is closed.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed and the second respondent is directed to serve the closure report of the complaint to the petitioner, if not serve already.
