This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the order and decree made in C.M.A.No.1 of 2014 on the file of the Sub Court, Attur dated 01.07.2016 confirming the order and decree made in I.A.No.125 of 2013 in O.S.No.44 of 2013 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Attur dated 16.12.2013.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that this Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous and also made an endorsement to that effect in the case bundle.

3. In view of the above endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected C.M.P.No.17819 of 2016 is closed. 11.02.2022 (vm) Index :
