O R D E R

This Contempt Petition is filed by complaining that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No. 31330 of 2017 dated 04.12.2017 has not been complied with.

2. While disposing the above writ petition, this Court directed the respondent herein to consider the request of the petitioner for regularizing the purchase of land by the petitioner under the innocent buyers category and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, by

taking note of G.O.Ms.No.565 Revenue Department dated 26.09.2008, provided the said G.O. is applicable to the case of the petitioner in all four corners.

3. In this contempt petition, the learned Additional Government Pleader took notice for the respondent on 19.09.2018 and sought time to get instructions. Accordingly, the matter was adjourned on two occasions and thereafter, it is listed today for further hearing.

4. Mr.A.Kumar, learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondent/contemnor submitted that the order passed by this Court has been complied with, by passing a G.O.Ms.No.347, Revenue & Disaster Management [ULC-1(2)] Department dated 20.09.2018. He has also produced a copy of the said G.O.

5. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that some of the terms in the said G.O.(Ms)No.347 dated 20.09.2018, may not be in the interest of the petitioner and therefore, he sought time to verify.

6. When the respondent has already passed G.O.Ms.No.347, Revenue & Disaster Management [ULC-1(2)] Department dated 20.09.2018 in compliance of the order passed by this Court as stated supra, if the petitioner is

having any further grievance, it is always open to her to challenge the above said proceedings in the manner known to law separately. However, as the respondent has passed the said G.O.Ms.No.347, this contempt petition is closed, by granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the said proceedings, if the same is passed adverse to the interest of the petitioner.
