] This Court in WMP.No.1915 of 2024 has granted extension of leave to the petitioner's father for a period of 60 days i.e. from 30.01.2024 to 30.03.2024 and directed the learned Additional Public Prosecutor to get a status report from the Probation Officer regarding the health condition of the petitioner's father and posted the matter after eight weeks.
2. WMP.No.9644 of 2024 is filed for extension of leave for a further period of 120 days.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the medical condition of the petitioner's father has still not improved and he is still bed ridden.
4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has produced a report of the Probation Officer dated 28.03.2024, which states that the medical condition of the petitioner's father is severe than before and he is completely bed ridden.
5. Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, as well as in view of the report of the Probation Officer, the leave earlier granted by this Court in its earlier order dated 30.01.2024 in W.M.P.No.1915 of 2024 in W.P.No.24197 of 2023, stands extended for a further period of ninety (90) days in W.M.P.No.9644 of 2024, commencing from 30.03.2024 to 27.06.2024. It is made clear that the other conditions imposed in the earlier order dated 14.09.2023, shall remain unaltered and to be followed scrupulously.
6. Accordingly, W.M.P.No.9644 of 2024 in W.P.No.24197 of 2023, stands disposed of. In view of the order passed by this Court today in W.M.P.No.9644 of 2024, W.M.P.No.1915 of 2024 in W.P.No.24197
of 2023, stands closed.
