O R D E R
(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The order of the learned single Judge dated 11.06.2015 passed in W.P.No.34016 of 2014 has been produced before us and contrary to the representation made earlier, that writ petition was withdrawn not with liberty to file a Public Interest Litigation or any other legal proceedings, but only to pursue the matter administratively, the present writ petition is thus misconceived.
2. We are inclined to impose exemplary costs on the petitioner, but the learned counsel for the petitioner states that there had been some misunderstanding and thus, he may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition. Endorsement has been made.
3. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, M.P.No.2 of 2015 is closed.
