The petition is filed by the father of the deceased person who has alleged to have committed suicide, suspecting that it is a murder, the petitioner seeks transfer of investigation.

2. However, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police states that so far as the post-mortem report says that the hyoid bone is intact and therefore, viscera has been sent for analysis and awaiting for viscera report and the clues given by the petitioner is also been investigated. If there is any other material available to suspect that it is not a suicide, the respondent police will take appropriate action.
