respondent is directed to consider the representations of the petitioner, who is the Middle School Headmaster, for inclusion of his name in the panel for promotion to the post of Assistant Elementary Educational Officer and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
