ORDER

It is not in dispute by both sides that the suit in O.S.No.263 of 2010 on the file of the Subordinate Court at Villupuram has been dismissed for default.

2. Mr.N.Suresh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner pleads that the suit had been dismissed for default, after the stay granted by this Court had been made absolute.

3. That would be a good ground for restoration of the suit. As long as a suit has not been restored, I am not in a position to revise the order passed by the learned Trial Judge.

4 .This Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to file an application to restore this revision once the suit stands restored. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
