ORDER

The Contempt Petition is filed for alleged disobedience of the order of this Court, dated 20.11.2015 made in Crl.O.P.No.20948 of 2015, wherein, this Court, while disposing of the said Crl.O.P., passed the following order:

"4. Considering the rival submissions, this Court directs the second respondent to conduct enquiry on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 04.05.2015 pending in C.S.R.No.65 of 2015 and upon enquiry, if materials are gathered indicating commission of any cognizable offence, the second respondent

is directed to proceed further in accordance with law and so far as the police protection is concerned, the second respondent is directed to pass an appropriate order after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner.

2. Today, when the Contempt Petition is taken up for hearing, learned Additional Advocate General, assisted by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent has conducted enquiry as directed by this Court and has completed the enquiry and closed C.S.R.No.65 of 2015 by giving suitable reply to the petitioner and a copy of the same has also been received by the petitioner.

3. Since the above said order of this Court had now been complied with, nothing survives for consideration in this Contempt Petition, which is accordingly closed. If the petitioner feels aggrieved by the said reply of the respondent closing the C.S.R, he is at liberty to challenge the same in the manner known to law, if so advised. cs SD/ DEPUTY REGISTRAR(OS) //Certified to be true copy// Dated at Madras this the day of 2016.
