This Court, by order dated 13.07.2023, had disposed of the Civil Revision Petition in CRP.No.2535 of 2023, by directing the Learned VI Additional Judge Family Court, to dispose of HMOP No.4539 of 2018 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

2. The Learned VI Additional Principal Judge, VI Additional Family Court, Chennai has addressed a letter dated 04.03.2024 to the Registry seeking a further extension of two months' time to dispose the case for the reasons stated in the said letter.

3. This Court perused the letter dated 04.03.2024 sent by the VI Additional Principal Judge, VI Additional Family Court, Chennai, and is satisfied with the reasons stated in the letter for not disposing the said petition, within the time stipulated by this Court in the order in CRP.No.2353 of 2023 dated 13.07.2023.

4. Accepting the request made by the Learned Judge, this Court grants further time of six months to the VI Additional Principal Judge, VI Additional Family Court, Chennai to dispose of the petition in HMOP No.4539 of 2018, from the date of receipt of the communication of this order from the Registry.
