O R D E R

The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus to direct the respondent to receive the application form CCPA dated 04.04.2016 together with the prescribed fees and grant Maxi Cab permit in respect of the vehicle No.TN 02 AQ 5589.

2.Mr.M.S.Ramesh, learned Additional Government Pleader taking notice for the respondent submitted that the respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's application in accordance with law.

3.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the Writ Petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the respondent to receive the petitioner's application dated 04.04.2016 in Form-CCPA and the prescribed fee for the grant of Maxi Cab permit and to consider the same, on merits and in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With this observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
