ORDER
By consent of the learned counsel appearing on either side, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.
2. The petitioner claims to be the organiser of Sri Gangaiamman temple at Ariyoor, Katpadi Taluk, Vellore District. He submitted a representation dated 12.6.2015 to the 2nd respondent seeking permission to conduct a cultural programme in the temple festival, which includes song and dance programme to be held on 21.6.2015. Since the petitioner has not been favoured with any response, he came forward before this Court with the present writ petition.
3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that in the event of permission granted by the 2nd respondent, there would not be any law and order problem and obscenity and vulgarity will not be there and prays for appropriate orders.

5. This Court, in the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the representation dated 12.6.2015 made by the petitioner, directs the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.6.2015 and pass orders in accordance with law on or before 20.6.2015 and the 2nd respondent shall also communicate the decision taken to the petitioner.
6. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. However, there is no order as to costs.
