ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.09.2020 for subdividing the property in S.No.88/2M, at Palapatti Village, Sendamangalam Taluk, Namakkal District and issue individual patta in his name.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner's representation has been rejected by the second respondent by an order dated 26.04.2021.

3. As the petitioner's representation dated 22.09.2020, has been rejected by the second respondent, no further adjudication is required in this writ petition.

4. Accordingly, this Writ petition is closed. No costs.
