This petition has been filed to extend the time for complying with the condition of "deposit 30% of the cheque amount to the credit of S.T.C.No.63 of 2019 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate (Fast Track Court), Thiruppur, within a period of four weeks" imposed in Crl.M.P.No.2374 of 2026 in Crl.R.C.No.318 of 2026 dated 13.06.2026.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.
