This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall stay at Yanam and report before the Inspector of Police/Station House Officer, Yanam Town Police Station, Puducherry, everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.5762 of 2023 dated 13.03.2023.

2. The learned Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly and the investigation is not yet completed.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 11.00 a.m, until further orders.
