This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 249 days in filing the Criminal Revision Case against the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.160 of 2025 in CC.No.93 of 2024 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Poonamallee, Tiruvallur District, dated 05.04.2025.

2. There are no serious objections on behalf of the respondents.

3. Having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and upon perusing the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is of the view that sufficient cause has been shown for condoning the delay.
