However, on being satisfied with the reasons stated in the Affidavit accompanying this Petition, and, as there is no objection from the learned counsel appearing for Respondents 3 and 4, this Miscellaneous Petition seeking to condone the delay of 80 days in filing the Appeal, is ordered, as prayed for.

3.Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the same 'for admission' on 20.02.2020.

4. Learned counsel for the Petitioner/Appellant is permitted to serve papers on the learned counsel appearing for the Respondents.
