This application has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioners in Crl.O.P. No.123 of 2020 dated 21.01.2020 by this Court to furnish the sureties.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered subject to following condition: "Petitioner is directed to pay a sum of Rs.5,000/-(Rupees five thousand only) towards the Madras High Court Advocates Clerks Welfare Association (A/c.No.484077244, IFSC Code No.IDIB000M157, A.Dhamodharan, President Ph.No.9444345757) and six weeks time is extended to the petitioners to furnish the sureties before the Court below as ordered by this Court from the date on which the order copy made ready."
