A.No.6500 of 2016 in C.S.No.381 of 2013 N.Sathish Kumar, J., The learned counsel for the applicant represented that time granted to deposit a sum of Rs.15 lakhs by this Court expires today, due to demonetization in the Country, the applicant could not able to deposit the amount to establish his defence. However, he could not deposit the amount as ordered by this Court. I am of the view that one more chance may be granted to the applicant to deposit a sum Rs.15 lakhs within four week, without fail, and time is extended till 13.02.2017, for making payment, failing to deposit the amount, the application shall stand dismissed. 12.01.2017 dpq
