2. Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents their men and agent and persons claiming through them from interfering with the petitioner's peaceful possession and enjoyment of 5 cents of land in S.No.422 of Umayalpranancheri Village, Sriperumbudur Taluk, Kancheepuram District and issue patta based on the petitioner's representation dated 10.05.2018.

3. It is represented by the learned Government Counsel Mr.T.N.C.Kaushik that the encroachers in S.Nos.422, 400, 418 and 411, are evicted and also filed a status report, dated 01.10.2021.

4. Recording the same, this Contempt Petition is closed and the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
