Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the 1st respondent from preventing the petitioner's husband namely Mr.Mohamed Sadaqathullah Basheer Ali (Bearing Passport No.560595309) from

entering the borders of India without any obstruction or hindrance from the respondents herein in view of the tenure of the blacklisting issued as against the said Mr.Mohamed Sadaqathullah Basheer Ali (holding British Passport No.560595309) gets lapsed by 17.05.2020.

This writ petition is filed for seeking mandamus forbearing the 1st respondent from preventing the petitioner's husband namely Mr.Mohamed Sadaqathullah Basheer Ali (Bearing Passport No.560595309) from entering the borders of India without any obstruction or hindrance from the respondents herein in view of the tenure of the blacklisting issued as against the said Mr.Mohamed Sadaqathullah Basheer Ali (holding British Passport No.560595309) gets lapsed by 17.05.2020.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned standing counsel for the respondents 1 & 4 and the learned Central Government Standing Counsel for the respondents 2 & 3.

4. It is stated by the learned counsel for the respondents that nothing survives in this writ petition, since LOC issued against the petitioner's husband expired as early as on 17.05.2020 and therefore, he is free to travel to India.
