Prayer: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to relax the condition that the petitioner is directed to report before the Inspector of Police Uthukkuli Police Station, Tirupur District, on every Monday and Friday at 10.30.a.m until further orders imposed by this Court on 13.01.2020 in Crl.M.P.No.221 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.26515 of 2019.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before the Inspector of Police, Uthukkuli Police Station, Tirupur District, on every Monday and Friday at 10.30.a.m until further orders by this Court on 13.01.2020, in Crl.M.P.No.221 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.26515 of 2019.

2. The counsel for the petitioner would submit that as per the condition imposed by this Court on 13.01.2020, in Crl.M.P.No.221 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.26515 of 2019, the petitioner has been complying with the conditions and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition imposed.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.221 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.26515 of 2019 on 13.01.2020, is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the Inspector of Police, Uthukkuli Police Station, Tirupur Districton the first Monday of every month until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
