2. The Learned Counsel for the petitioners herein raised several grounds which are purely factual in nature and therefore, this ground has to be agitated before the trial Court and not in a quash petition.

3. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Taking note of the fact that the matter is very old, the trial Court shall take note of this and expedite the trial as early as possible. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
