ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition has been filed to direct the District Munsif, Panruti to dispose of the I.A. No.1066 of 2023 filed in O.S. No.97 of 2023 within a stipulated time frame as fixed by this Court on merits and in accordance with law.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. P.B. BALAJI, J.

3.Pursuant to my order dated 09.06.2025, the learned Principal District Judge, Cuddalore District has forwarded her report dated 16.06.2025, seeking six weeks' time to dispose the I.A. No.304 of 2024 and I.A. No.1066 of 2023 in O.S. No.97 of 2023 pending on the file of the District Munsif Court, Panruti.

4.Considering the limited relief sought for, notice to the respondents is dispensed with. In view of the above, the learned District Munsif, Panruti is directed to dispose of I.A. No.304 of 2024 and I.A. No.1066 of 2023 in O.S. No.97 of 2023, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six

(6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is allowed. There shall be no order as to costs.
