(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) On hearing the learned counsel for parties, we are of the view that the contempt petition is strictly not maintainable, as the original order was only to consider https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ the representation. Be that as it may, the learned

Government Pleader has produced before us the order passed by the District Collector, Tiruvaur to the effect that vide order dated 07.04.2016, the unauthorised prawn farms located in the agricultural land of the 15 private land owners are to be removed on or before 25.04.2016.

2. The aforesaid assurance is taken on record and it is made clear that the said date has to be adhered to and no further time taken, unless leave is granted by this Court.

3. The Contempt Petition is closed in the aforesaid terms.
