This application has been filed seeking condonation of delay of 663 days in filing the application challenging the notice of rejection of the claim of the applicant by the learned Official Liquidator.

2. The learned Official Liquidator would submit that the delay has not been properly explained.

3. Considering the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the application and the current situation of pandemic, the delay of 663 days in filing the application is condoned and this application is ordered accordingly.
