The Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent for proper investigation and final report in the above Crime No.542 of 2021 on the file of the second respondent.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (crl.side) would submit that investigation in Crime No.542 of 2021 for the offence under Sections 279 and 304 (A) of IPC, has been completed and the final report is made ready. report will be filed before the jurisdictional Court within a period of four months.
